Closed Door Meeting in Princeton, New Jersey, with 5 Tuxedo Town Board members:  Town Supervisor Peter Dolan, Deputy Supervisor Lisa Spivak, Trustee Clifford Loncar, Trustee Gary Phelps, & Trustee Tom Darling.  Meeting is blatant violation of New York Sunshine Law.  Meetings with three Board members must be open to the public.

  • Emails below show the Tuxedo Town Board stating that no meetings will take place, despite video below showing that 2 meetings occurred at which the public was denied attendance, and not informed properly according to New York State Sunshine Laws.
  • Video above shows a Tuxedo Town Board breakfast meeting taking place at the Hampton Inn in Princeton, NJ, at 8:30 am on 9.27.2010.
  • Video above shows Town Board members asked if they are have any meetings scheduled later that day.  They are also asked the time and location of any meetings to be held later that day.  Town Supervisor, Peter Dolan, looks at the camera and states that no Town Board meetings will be held that day.
  • Video above from the offices of Sharbell Building Company in Robbinsville, NJ. The video shows Mark Cannuli from Sharbell leaving a meeting with all 5 members of the Tuxedo Town Board and 1 Tuxedo Town Planner.
  • Video above from the offices of Sharbell also shows the Tim McGough, Business Administrator/Engineer of Robbinsville, NJ, entering the meeting with all 5 members of the Tuxedo Town Board and Town Planner.
