3/22/10: Shows Town Supervisor Dolan flip flopping (our most polite euphemism) about a letter he received from the DEC and did not “readily make available” to the public. This letter stated that the Town of Tuxedo cannot allow any more connections to the decrepit Town Sewer System. This letter essentially does not allow Tuxedo Reserve to build 1 house until a new Sewer Facility is built.
6/28/10: Shows Town Supervisor Dolan stating that the Town still has not received the so-called “independent” report from the Town’s Fiscal Consultants. Yet, The Related Companies has already submitted a a Draft Final FSEIS to the Town that contains the “independent” report from the Town’s Fiscal Consultants!
7/25/10:Hudson Highland’s Steve Gross lists numerous mis-leading statements and actions by The Related Companies.
8/30/10: Shows Town Supervisor Dolan attempting to intimidate and deny the public the right to free speech. TLT consultants, Camoin Associates, present a Fiscal Study that demonstrates that Tuxedo Reserve will be tax negative by $2 million.
