• Town Supervisor Dolan met with the DEC on 12/20/2009. Dolan received the letter below from the DEC on 1/10/2010.

• On 1/11/2010, at a public meeting, Dolan announced that he had met with DEC in December and remarked that it was a waste of the Town’s money.  He did not remark on the letter.

• Did Dolan knowingly withhold the DEC letter from the public stating that no new sewer hookups are allowed in the Town of Tuxedo?
  

• Dolan was forced to act on the letter in early March, 2010, when he had to intervene with a Planning Board meeting that was discussing an application to allow a new sewer hookup for a residence on Route 17.  He still did not reveal the letter to the public.
  

• Dolan still did not reveal the letter to the public again when he wrote the public an update letter on the project.  The update took 3+ months to write, yet somehow the date never made it on the letter.
