Peter Dolan states for the first time that he believes that the Related Companies should back out of their agreement with the Village of Tuxedo Park to gift the Fox Hill Tract as open space in perpetuity.
And that the Fox Hill Tract should be given to the Town instead.
Dolan says that he does not want any development in this “pristine forest.” Then quickly adds that he may want to develop a municipal pool, baseball field, or walking trails.
Andrew Dance from the Related Companies tells Dolan that the land is not his to take. Dolan responds that he will not approve the Special Permit unless he is given the land. Dolan further adds that he does not feel that he needs to speak with the Village of Tuxedo Park about his new demands.
